FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is Cruiser App?
Cruiser App turns your trips into short animated travel maps.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire: the credits in a trip pack stay in your account until you use them.
What happens if an export fails?
Retries are free for 6 hours. If an export never starts, your credits come back on their own when its link ends. If it starts and fails, choose “My export failed — refund” on the export page or in Studio → Exports; a few of these refunds are allowed each month, and the page shows how many you have left. After that, contact support and we will sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within the refund window on our refund policy page and you get your payment back for unused credits or a new subscription. An export that never starts is refunded on its own; a failed one, from the export page (see “What happens if an export fails?”).
How do I cancel?
Open Settings → Billing and choose Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Which browsers can export videos?
Chrome and Edge on a computer. Every browser shows the previews; the MP4 export needs video encoding (WebCodecs), which Chrome and Edge have.
Who processes my payment?
Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record: it processes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and sends your invoice.
