Terms of Service

Cruiser App turns your trips into short animated travel maps. We may improve, change or remove features over time; we will tell you in advance about changes that reduce what you have paid for.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you can bind that business to these Terms.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email and sign-in methods secure.

Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page at the time you buy. Prices include or add sales tax / VAT as shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price of your plan until you cancel. We will tell you before any price change applies to you.

Credits bought as packs are added to your balance, are used up as you use the features that need them, and are not exchangeable for money except under the refund policy.

You can cancel at any time: Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Manage billing → Cancel subscription. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for; after that your account moves to the free plan. Your data is kept as described in the Privacy Policy.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy (14-day refund window). Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, create hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or deliberately misleading content, send spam, distribute malware, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, overload or probe our systems, or resell the Service without our written permission.

Use the Service only through its website, apps and official API, within your plan's limits. Do not share your login outside your account's seats, open several accounts to repeat a trial or get around limits, or copy, scrape or reverse engineer the Service.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. You can tell us about abuse on the Report abuse page.

You keep all rights to the content you upload or create, including what the Service generates for you. While your plan allows it, you may use, edit and publish that output for personal or commercial purposes, as long as you follow the law and do not suggest that we endorse or partner with you.

You give us the permission needed to host, process and show your content in order to run and support the Service. You confirm you have the right to use the content you upload.

The Service itself (software, design, models and brand) belongs to [legal name] or its licensors; using it does not give you ownership of it.

We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, ideally announced in advance.

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, after notice where reasonable.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they apply. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing law]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
