Use this page to tell us about content made or shared with Cruiser App, or an account, that breaks our Terms of Service or the law. Every report is read by a person.

Before you report

Please check the Terms of Service first. For help with your own account, billing or a bug, use the contact page instead: false or repeated reports slow down our work on real cases.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

What counts as abuse

  • Content that promotes hate, violence or discrimination, or that harasses, threatens or targets a person or group
  • Deliberately false or misleading content made to deceive people
  • Impersonation of a person, company, organisation or government
  • Sexually explicit content, and any content that sexualises or endangers children (we report it to the authorities)
  • Material that infringes copyright or other rights, or illegal or stolen material uploaded to the Service
  • Spam, phishing, malware, or attempts to overload, scrape or break into the Service
  • Sharing someone's personal data without their permission

How to report

Email support@example.com or use the contact form (topic: Report abuse). Please include:

  • a link to the content or the account (or a screenshot if there is no link)
  • what is wrong with it and, if possible, which rule or law it breaks
  • for a copyright claim: the original work, proof that you own it or act for the owner, and a statement that the information is accurate
  • an email address where we can reach you

What happens next

We confirm receipt and review each report, usually within one business day (Monday to Friday). If the report is upheld we may remove the content, warn, suspend or close the account, and refuse refunds for it, as our Terms allow. We may ask you for more details, and we may share reports with the authorities where the law requires it. We do not tell the reported person who reported them.
